Whitelist values not being saved

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Public SSID tab input some MAC addresses in the Whitelist box
2. Save Settings
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect that these values are saved and continue to be visible in the whitelist 
box. Also expect they would be passed to nodogsplash as Allowed MAC addresses.
Instead, the values are not saved in whitelist, nor are they passed to the node.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Hosted version network mesquito. All web browsers

Please provide any additional information below, such as the network name,
and the Server URL (If not using the Hosted Version)
