What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into my robin-dash account
2. Press Backup account button
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A zip file containing my settings. Instead I receive an error message.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 4.0.1 on Windows XP SP2.
Please provide any additional information below, such as the network name,
and the Server URL (If not using the Hosted Version)
Network is "Biernat"
