strange node-down problem #37

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I have a rather strange problem/effect using robin-dash. Sometimes I can go to
Network overview and I see 2/3rd of my nodes are down. But I know that they are
doing fine. I also do not get a node down mail. Then I change the view from
"Network Overview" to "Edit Network". I repeat that a few times (changing view)
and all of a sudden all my nodes are all green again. The uptime is everything
> 1 day and not just a few minutes as it would be after a real node outage. It
seems like Robin dash can only read a few variables and then shows the
uninitialized variables (empty ones) as "node down". After a reload or changing
the view it initializes the variables further (can show more active/green nodes)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All nodes green. Instead I see slowly coming nodes although they are not really
down. They are just marked as down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 4.0.1 on Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below, such as the network name,
and the Server URL (If not using the Hosted Version)
Biernat

Please attach a screenshot (or more) the next time you encounter this issue as

This may be only a brief issue when I clear out the server once a month of all
the old data.
