Robin-Dash - CSV export is not understandable / useable #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on CSV export in Robin Dash
2. Try to import it into Excel
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be a CSV-File with a top header describing the fields and
a clear new line break. Instead I see a file which has no line breaks(?) and it
is a hassle to import it into Excel. Import options are "new field after
comma". However I see a new line break after the uptime. Every second row
(still belonging to the first line) starts with "-91". Maybe I am using the
wrong import options. If so please provide a very small guide next to the
download button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 4.0.1 / Excel 2007 on Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below, such as the network name,
and the Server URL (If not using the Hosted Version)
Biernat

This is a feature I plan to remove, what would you use this file for?

Well, maybe one could feed that on a regular base into another application
which creates a historical view. Useable as some kind of capacity planning.

I agree - it would be helpful if we could download those statistics for other
analytics. Particularly while the dashboard graphing is still under
development.
Furthermore, there may be some valuable reports that get developed by users
that could be shared with the RD community, or suggested as stats reporting as
part of the dashboard.
Please consider fixing the csv export (make it row data that can be parsed by a
database), and keeping this feature in robin-dash
