added dashboard for smb test copy and authentication test documentation for authentication test is in file at poller root

I think there are some issues with this PR. Some commits belong to the wiperf repo, and some to wiperf_poller. Will attempt to manually merge these in to the correct repos.

All elements of this PR have been manually added to the code base or other tasks to ensure inclusion in v2.1
