Adding usb 4G cellular modem support #29

Open mik0git opened 4 years ago

Currently wiperf supports Wlan and Ethernet connectivity mode. Having a USB 4G Cellular modem support will extend the possible use cases of testing. Of course we cannot support all models of USB Modem but grabbing few Network essential informations from AT commands or API would be great too. (eg RSRP, RSRQ, Noise, ....)

Chosen USB 4G Modem must be well supported by the Linux community already, decently priced (avg 50$) and stable enough to measure fair QoE.

@mik0git Just looking at this request. Do you have any details of any suggested 4G modems that are supported by Linux that you have tried?
