A completely automated MATLAB-based trainable image cell segmentation, fluorescence quantification and analysis suite, particularly well suited for high-throughput time lapse fluorescence microscopy of in vivo bacterial cells.
I've gated populations based on growth rate and I would like to plot kymographs for each of the subpopulations (high and low). The issue is that I have multiple XY and I made a clist combining all of them and it appears that the kymograph function needs to call the cell files. Is there a way to use the clist to call the specific cell files needed to plot the kymographs?, I've been trying to do it on the 3D descriptors without success, any suggestion would be appreciated!.
