feat: upgrade zksync-web3 #364

The latest release of zksync does break the deployment process.

Upgrading zksync-web3 to the latest release solves it.

There are some issues with the deployed contracts. Closing the pr until they are fixed.

Upgrading to 0.8.1 resolved these issues
