etherscan-verify not working on alfajores.celoscan.io #474

Describe the bug trying to submit verification results in NOT OK error for the submission of the contract, ie before waiting for it to be verified.

To Reproduce deploy a contract on alfajores and try to verify

Expected behavior should verify contract had no issues verifying using truffle-plugin-verify

versions
