Build binary inside codebase #526

I noticed that with each release, the application .APK file is included in the repository in wiglewifiwardriving.apk. It seems to me that a better approach to store the binary is to upload the .APK file as an additional file to each release (each tag) on GitHub, instead of storing the binaries together with the source code.
