RCOIs are used by WFA Passpoint networks for network selection purposes and have been defined for use in roaming confederations, e.g., WBA's OpenRoaming.
Adding RCOI to the network class allows configured RCOIs to be presented in the UI as well as enabling recording of RCOIs with the eventual aim of being able to query back end systems to be able to recover the geolocation of networks with particular configured RCOIs.
