Broadcast receiver to clear database #682

Automated instances of WiGLE WiFi Wardriving that may not receive regular attention need a reliable way to clear the local database. Adding a broadcast receiver and a mechanism to safely allow this would be greatly appreciated.

This basically lets any other app on the phone blow up your local WiGLE database.

I have found a way to accomplish the goal. Not 100% dependable, but less terrifying. 😂
