The Dockerfile was updated in preperation for analysis 2. Also, a change was also made to anlaysis 1 to add the BIDSLayout outside of the get_events file. Analysis 1 was rerun since there was a change in the file. This lead to one of the subjects changing their values. It is unclear why this change happened. It does not seem to have been induced by changing the the changes to analysis1/calc_fc.py.
To be on the safe side, the entire analysis will be rerun from fMRIDenoise. Further, no more interactive Singularity sessions (all will be run via Docker).
In doing so, the order of running the different docker scripts with be places in the main README.md file
