Current changes

Relating to #38

Changes nodesimg to nodes. Both code and in all documentation.
Added nodes_df as possible for additional node info when nodes input is nifti.
Add possibility to load csv files as nodes, not just tsv files.
Added edge_df as possible input for addition edge info when edge input is numpy array

Relating to #39

Ensure all templatestyles give the same xyz axis lims.

Additional Changes

Name change: nodecols becomes nodecolumnnames (consistent with edges, easier to read)
Name change: nodecolorby to nodecolor (consistent with other color input).

All examples and tests updated.
