Collecting issues relating to this issue. To be fixed for Version 0.6.

Update: I have had no time to work on Teneto over the last year because of other obligations and no time/energy to do this in my spare time. Until then, whenever I get a free week to make all the necessary improvements to teneto, I will. But I do not know when this will be. I am sorry about this!

Until then, you can downgrade to an earlier version of teneto (0.3.5) where the algorithm runs much quicker (not perfect though)
