The game cannot be played after updating Tiramisu, even after restarting and reinstalling.

I have a USA console and JAP disk, i have the same issue, i dumped the disk with wudd and edited the meta files changing the region and still wont work, the game worked with mocha cfw with the browser method in both physical and dumped versions
