Feature request: Add support for new marker levels with tab #4

When selecting a group of markers and pressing 'tab', a new marker should be created encompassing all the selecting markers, effectively moving all markers one depth level further on.

That's a nice idea, and should be relatively easy to implement. Except I'm not sure if tab would be the right key, given that it already has a designated function in a Gtk+ UI. But I suppose it'd be fine; it works like that in text editors as well.
