Add an `Upload` component to the `ProfilePage` when a user clicks the edit profile picture icon.

[x] Create a new UploadPhoto story in ProfilePageRender that includes an UploadInput component below the profile picture
[x] Limit UploadInput to only image files
[x] Add associated tests
