Better follow what bootstrap does, by moving all header links to dropdown when resized. This will also give us more flexibility on the items that we can add to the header. This method has been tried and tested.

This is taken from landing.html from the ux2 branch of wikasa-frontend, not our side of the code, so the codes should be the same.
