uni-link should add a template with "Create a new alias tiddler" for missing tiddlers. #108

The proposal is, that the uni-link plugin adds a "Create a new alias tiddler" button to the missing tiddler "body text" template.

The new cascade filter will probably help here.

It may even be better if the "Crate new tiddler" would just create based on a template that can be set up to have aliases, markdown, etc.

The markdown stuff needs to come from the markdown plugin. ... I'm thinking about this too. If it can be avoided, I don't want to make markown options a dependency to the uni-link plugin.
