Fix setup.py to install command-line util #22

Are things moving from setuptools back to distutils? Or is it distutils2, does it matter?

Also, if we want to change the script name, we've got to update the documentation.

I'm not against either per se.

distutils didn't support console_scripts, but maybe there's an alternative.
