Use OHM data as a reference in warping #40

User story: I have added a point in the control point interface. I reselect it and get the radial menu to add additional information. I choose the search tool, type in a place name, a building name, an address, a crossing etc, and the point seeks to that location within the area.

Great idea - but we should remove the backlog label at the moment. Backlog items should be in a state where they can be moved to the current active milestone. So it's still in the great idea stage. We can add related issues to the backlog by creating subtasks (e.g. investigate, design, implement API, backend etc), and reference this as the parent.

I think we should move this issue to the wikimaps-html site as it seems to be mainly related to the new designs, but it could be a useful thing to keep.
