Consider adding acceptor and datetime to list of recent acceptances

Consider adding the accepting user and the accepted datetime to the data displayed on this page. I believe this to be useful information.

A table would be a good format for this information, but is probably too much work. So instead, could modify AFCH to add more info to the template:

{{afc contrib|start|Prime Minister's Official Car (Japan)|Carrots3141592}} -> {{afc contrib|start|Prime Minister's Official Car (Japan)|Carrots3141592|acceptor=Novem Linguae|datetime=~~~~~}}

Then modify the template to display it:

Genuinely curious, is there interest in this? I don't recall this ever being discussed at WT:AFC. Not saying I'm opposed, necessarily, but there should be a consensus to implement a change like this.
