Use the same data source as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:AFC-add-project-tags.js for consistency

Thanks for the patch. I wonder if there are any scripts that still use User:Theo's Little Bot/afchwikiproject.js. I suppose I'll need to update the editnotice and the script documentation too.
