WikiProject not removed #215

Accepting these versions of the draft and draft talk page:

After I clicked accept, the accept form popped up to change the WikiProjects. I removed biology and added insects. I clicked accept again.

The talk page erroneously contains AFC, insects, and biology. Should only contain AFC and insects.

This is likely a caching issue. As far as I can tell, the current script doesn't expire the cached WikiProject data until a new version of AFCH is released. Ideally it should have an expiration time of 1 week, as that is how often Wikipedia:WikiProject_Articles_for_creation/WikiProject_templates.json is updated.
