Error "Deleting talk page: Database query error" #147

Today i got this error when i tried to delete pages via "Speedy deletion" in Bengali Wikipeddia. The script was using form this repo https://github.com/nasirkhan/twinkle-bn . This is a fork of the main repo with a few translation. Do you have any idea what is the reason of this error and how so solve it?

Perhaps I can add a workaround into Twinkle.
