+1. had this same idea today and came to create a ticket.

may want to implement this in morebits so other modules can use it.

technical details would probably involve using the discussiontoolssubscribe API, and maybe the discussiontoolspageinfo API to get the info needed for the former query.

would also need a config option in twinkle
