Challenge: put Portugal on the map of Wiki Loves Living Heritage #3

Upload data from Inventário Nacional do Património Cultural Imaterial (Portugal's National Living Heritage List) (Q108000091) to Wikidata, improving the Wiki Loves Living Heritage project.

The main challenge: gathering the data from the government's website (moderate scraping skills may be required), compiling and tidying the information available.

How often is the Inventário updated? If frequently, then I'd recommend implementing the data scraping, cleaning and upload in a scriptable manner (or at least documenting the entire process copiously) so that the process can be replicated and hopefully automated. That way, the Wikidata info can be kept up-to-date after the initial import.

Has anyone tried to contact the DGPC to facilitate a minimal database dump/export of all the data? This was accomplished from IGESPAR and SIPA (also from DGPC) by occasion of WikiLovesMonuments 2010 (I think?). A similar effort could be made and, even better, an eventual protocol for cooperation. This would be the preferred way to source the data.
