renamed "owned" to "authored" project wide #245

Prior to this PR, we used "owned" to represent phabricator tasks created by a user. This can lead to confusion and ambiguity because "own" means something else in phabricator diffusion. In this PR, I changed "owned" to "authored" project wide.
