Updating icons page and all resources mentioning files. Also removing obsolete Adobe Illustrator file.

Momentarily blocked on one question about possible loss of source data with moving away from Illustrator.

@reetssydney and myself were shortly exchanging on topic and have agreed that Figma provides sufficient ability for icon design as is and we'll move forward with this as is. In case we're running into specific issues with an icon, we can always restore the Illustrator file.
