Dark mode #520

Description: This pull request introduces a new feature to the website—Dark Mode

Fixes: #448

Changes Made: Added CSS styles and JavaScript functionality to implement Dark Mode. Created a toggle image in the header section for switching between Light and Dark Modes. Adjusted color schemes, contrasts, and text visibility for optimal readability in Dark Mode.

Additional Notes: This feature improves accessibility and user customization. Tested on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Feedback and suggestions for improvement are welcome.

Thanks for your proposal @AtharvaBarche! While we're working on dark mode at the Wikimedia Foundation for wide usage in a number of products we're also soon-to-be archiving Design Style Guide for its successor Codex, design system for Wikimedia. Therefore there's no need for further development on this repository.
