Invalid comment syntax in the build-all-methods.js file #303

Hi! Recently, I stumbled upon on the build-all-methods.js file and noticed that it contains an HTML-like comment <!-- This file is built by build-all-methods.js; do not edit it directly. --> that is added by the build-all-methods.js script located in the tools folder. Not sure if that's intentional. If it is, please feel free to close this issue. Otherwise, what do you think about a small fix to resolve that? Thanks!

Indeed. Odd that it isn't a parsing error....
