Misc changes

support several characters that were not supported before ꦐ,ꦅ, etc.
comment out several codes that were not working as intended
add more tests for basic characters
Cecak/Layar/Wignyan + (R|Y) capital = base + (cakra|pengkal)
consonant + ZWS + r/y/h and "n" + ZWS + g/c/j

The Javanese test has passed, but the Kashmiri test didn't pass.
