Either visually in the feed itself, or perhaps tied into the "Next" button's algorithm. We already do this for "Skipped" revisions and for "Unpatrolled only". We could similarly have it default to essentially skip (if possible) unannotated revisions.
This would basically allow users to quickly patrol all revisions in the queue that are suspicious according to ORES or CVN.
