Timeless skin is getting more and more stable, even though it is officially still in Beta

It looks like RTRC was already available in Timeless, but there is a lot of unnatural-looking whitespace being wasted.

I've updated it to:

Remove the margins around the content area.
Hide the "Tools" sidebar.
Fix odd-looking form controls by overriding invasive styles from the Timeless skin.
