CHEBI querying should be unified to one structure #49

Hi @egonw ,

When doing queries for ChEBI IDs, there is not one unified format in which the IDs are displayed. So even though CHEBI:15415 and 15415 (with chebi as datasource) are the same compound, it would be nice is this is unified to one format.

This is a grave bug... I'm going to fix this immediately...

(this actually will give a bump in the nanopubs for sure...)
