Okay, pathway ontology tags are in the RDF:

PREFIX obo: <http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/>

describe obo:PW_0000296

But the ontology itself is not. I like to see this loaded, which would allow us to query for all pathways tagged with some metabolic pathway ontology tag.
