Add documentation on how to properly clone wikipathways-api-client-java.git. Error message:

Cloning into 'wikipathways-api-client-java'...

git@github.com: Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Can you confirm it works for you now?

Fixed, found new issue now!
