OpenLinkedPathwayAsNewTask is broken #60

This task is intended to allow users to right-click on a Pathway Datanode on pathway (e.g., the TCA Cycle node on WP4) and then choose Apps>WikiPathways>OpenLInkedPathway to trigger the import of the referenced pathways, e.g., TCA Cycle. The WPID is provided as the XrefId on the Pathway Datanode.
