Updates for Release 3 16 #31

Fixing the test fail there too. I know the freeze is around the corner. I did not immediately make this patch too, because I wanted confirmation from BioC/Devel first that it was fixed for them too, before touching the released version.

If you agree, let's push this too, just to show our commitment.

I don't have push rights for this package. Can you push it into RELEASE_3_16 in the BioC repo?

Please be aware that there will be a code freeze for the 3.16 branch on 2023-04-10, so it will no longer be possible to push fixes for the Biocondutor 3.16 release.

Maybe some useful information on how to push to the Bioconductor release branches is available in the developer guide.
