Fix GroupRefs #15

We noticed one more thing about the new Reactome pathways, the GroupRefs are no longer alphanumeric, but instead look like this:

GroupRef="1416470.4872874213801427"

They used to look like this:

GroupRef="f1da6"

And possibly related to the processing of GroupRefs, Anders noticed that a pathway from the newest Reactome converter has a Label element with GraphId "comp_text_1316" and GroupRef "group_comp_1316" but there is no Group element with GroupId "group_comp_1316". This is found in WP1818 (and maybe others?)
