Update with BridgeDb 2.2 #51

What should be updated where? Could you give me a hint? The BridgeDb repository in my Eclipse now seems to have errors, so not sure where to start.

Just talked to Egon about this; bridgedb (2.3) dependencies should be updated in build file, when pathvisio.core dependency is updated.
