Stickers, buttons, t-shirts? #16

Alex made some conference badge ribbons and distributed them at ISMB. Can use remaining ones for other conferences? Or for the event itself? Maybe to designate co-hosts?

Denise will create a preliminary logo, send this to everyone to give feedback; which we could then use for stickers/tshirt/sweaters and websites+slide whatever. Note that we might also want to update our old grey WP logo to celebrate 10 years and exit from beta, etc. I can ask Gladstone's professional graphic designers to help as well, if you want to provide them with ideas and concepts.

Do you have a picture of the ribbons? I'm curious to see how they look :)

I made the draft logo as a rectangle on purpose (cheaper is you want to make a sticker out of it, compared to round/oval shapes). I'm looking into prices now, normally you have to order at least 100 stickers or so to make it worthwhile. Could you give me an update on budget (perhaps via mail is better then on Github?) and how many we would prefer to have (100, 250, 500?).

And maybe we want another WPs "gadget" that we give to people at the conference (not being a coffee mug, I have already to many in my kitchen that don't match to anything ;)....)

Rectangular summit logo is smart. Don't print them just yet, however, we will want to replace the WP logo first. We'll keep that a circle so it fits into the summit logo as you have it now.
