What info do you need from us, to help with the booking? Or is it easier that we book ourselves (keeping in mind a max. budget) and send the receipts?

I need the final list from Chris of which people are to be sponsored by Gladstone. Then I will coordinate with each person to get their preferred flights. Then I will book the flights using Gladstone's travel agency.

Terrific. This helps. I could start with Tina and Denise now and then do another round of booking once the other two are settled.

@DeniseSl22 @mkutmon Can you both send me screenshots or info on your preferred flights? I need to make the actual bookings through Gladstone's travel agency. I'm currently estimating flights and accommodations for Oct 6 - 11, if you can spare that much time.

Hi Alex, I asked Marvin if he is coming to the Summit Y/N, and this is a Y. However, there is budget from Um to pay for his trip (so he is technically our nr. 5). Egon cannot go on a different project. So the list is now the following:

1. Tina
2. Denise
3. Chris
4. Egon
5. Marvin (but arranged by BigCaT). I talked this through with Chris, and he gave me the okay to share this info with you. Perhaps it is possible to book an Airbnb for 3 iso 2 people (for Chris, Egon and Marvin?) Or he can sleep on a couch with Tina and me ;)
