Special pages are broken #22

Looks like the page that lists Special Pages is broken:

http://upgrade.wikipathways.org/wiki/Special:SpecialPages

Note that the URL is different than on the main site (http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Special:SpecialPages).

Some special pages load the side bar and WP skin, but have no content:

http://upgrade.wikipathways.org/wiki/Special:Log http://upgrade.wikipathways.org/wiki/Special:ListUsers

The error (attached) indicates there's a problem with extension UserMerge. screen shot 2016-09-30 at 10 00 18 am

If it is a UserMerge problem, I've taken over maintenenace of that extension. I'll fix this.
