Quality tags are missing #7

Currently showing up as syntax in the description, e.g., "WikiPathways\GPML\Content::renderQualityTags"

Perhaps the plan is to move these to the future Pathway Info box instead of as a page section?

Certainly they can be displayed as an infobox. It seems like the information here could be distilled to list of icons to the right of the description.

I think we should have a discussion next week where we can talk about how the site should look. This and a few other items fall into that category.
