Add wikipendium dark mode #478

Now we have a dark mode that we can iterate on. It's far from perfect, but I think it's usable, and a in a decent state for us to merge.

This fixes wikipendium/wikipendium.no#466.

Recommendation:

Use https://khan.github.io/tota11y/ to check the contrasts between text colors and background colors

Very nice! This'll improve the dark mode by quite a bit I imagine.
