Easy to implementert and allows custom wikipendium clients to be developed natively with custom parsing.
Is there a demand for this?

We could monetize on having an iOS and Android app for $ 0.99
We'll have to make sure the website renders poorly in the mobile browsers ^^
Legit
When it comes to using stuff on mobile , native prevails. Just look at Facebook
To clearify: Facebook used to spend a lot of time making their site good for mobile platforms, and not so much time on the app in app store/play. Despite this people used the app, but not the mobile page. People want a native app (doesn't mean it has to be something else than a web view if that works), and we should offer that in some form if this becomes a thing.
