Flask runtime TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'unbound_message' #459

Ran into this issue after reinstalling everything. requirements.txt upgraded Flask.

Seems like this issue is related to the most recent version of Flask (2.2.2): https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/20942

Downgrading to 2.1.3 solved the issue for me, as the issue mentioned.
