Video thumbnails not appearing in language search #58

Video thumbnail isn't showing up on the language search page. For example, when you search for 'Amharic', the thumbnail for 'Amlaku speaking Amharic' does not appear next to the title: https://wikitongues.org/?s=amharic.

Marking as "enhancement" because this is a design issue. Right now, you can set a custom thumbnail for an individual language, but we don't have a default graphic, illustration or setting for when a language has no custom thumbnail set.

This one specifically isn't a design issue - it has a custom thumbnail, but it isn't pulling.

We could add this enhancement idea though for audio, so that we can add the audio files we have to the website.

Sorry, I misread the link and thought you were talking about the grey rectangle next to the Amharic language page, not the video at the end of the search results. Noted.
